All our pasta, bread, pizza dough, sauces and dressings are made in-house at each location. Our recipes originated in Naples Italy in 1917 and have been handed down to us from generation to generation ever since! Provata serves Italian food the way it was meant to be served, deeply rooted in tradition and hand crafted with passion.

If you haven’t caught on yet, Provata is clearly not your typical Italian Restaurant. At Provata whatever we do we seek to do it right.

We have a pasta machine we imported from Italy that allows us to produce any pasta of any size and shape quickly. Coupled with our delicious in-house sauces, you will be wondering if you should just move to Italy. (There is a reason Italy has the second longest life-span in the world. It’s the food!)
