Provata

The food is delicious and the portions are huge. They were so friendly and informative. We asked a lot of questions and they were more than happy to answer them. I highly recommend this food truck to not only campers but anyone driving by the campground should stop in and get something.  I had never seen a pasta-based food truck before and I am from Asheville, NC area where there are tons of food trucks. I really questioned how good the food was going to be, boy was I pleasantly surprised. I even suggested that they bring one to Asheville (this was totally a selfish suggestion.)

We noticed the Provata Food Truck for the first time yesterday and Googled the Menu. Ordered some nice Italian dishes over the phone and picked it up in 20 minutes. Their food was phenomenal and authentic. The home-made Italian bread is top notch. I’m from NY and my mom is 100% Italian. She is a critic but would absolutely love Provata. Provata rivals the best. Thank you.
