Franchising

Operating a successful restaurant means seeking and maintaining quality in every aspect of operation.

Not your typical franchise concept…

The Concept

We extend to you a heartfelt welcome to Provata Wood Fired Pizza and Fresh Pasta, an authentic Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta and family Italian restaurant franchise opportunity in search of quality-minded operators. Provata is not your typical franchise concept.

“Provata” in Italian means “proven.” With the Rinaldi Family’s successful history in the restaurant business, our name speaks volumes. Provata is a full service, casual, Italian wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta concept that is geared towards customers who value quality.

Provata was established in 2014 by the Rinaldi Family. The Rinaldi Family has owned and operated successful Italian restaurants since 1959! They are serious generational restauranteurs who have done it all and seen it all. Provata was specifically designed as a franchise opportunity by the Rinaldi Family as a platform to share with motivated entrepreneurs their hard-earned knowledge, deep-rooted passion and decades of experience.

A quality-driven restaurant experience is the central focus at Provata – as it has been at all the Rinaldi Family restaurants over the years. Attaining and maintaining that quality is what sets Provata apart. Each location makes their own pizza dough, Italian bread, pasta, dressings, sauces and more. We add super fresh pizza toppings such as fior di latter (fresh mozzarella cheese), roasted cremini mushrooms, house-made fennel sausage and caramelized onions, all prepared on premises. Not many restaurants can truthfully say that , can they? Over the years, our customers have noticed the difference and rewarded our passion for excellence with their repeat business.

The Provata concept has been specifically designed to engage the senses. Even before they enter, customers are greeted by the aromas of wood smoke from our blistering hot pizza oven, fresh garlic, and Italian bread baking. The hustle and bustle of our open kitchen brings life to the entire restaurant. The pasta machine from Italy not only makes delicious pasta, but it is a wonder to see in action. Provata restaurants offer a beer and wine bar with flat-screen TVs as well as a Food Bar where patrons who want to watch and enjoy the kitchen magic can be seated.

What Sets Us Apart?

During our over five decades developing and operating successful Italian restaurants we have learned a thing or two about customer service. Our success has always been based on the following:

  • Italian food is perennially one of the most popular cuisines in the USA.
  • Pizza and pasta are high profit items and Provata’s menu revolves around them.
  • Our recipes and methods are proven with decades of success behind them.
  • Provata accommodates special dietary needs by offering gluten-free pizza dough and pasta.
  • The Rinaldi family has your back, and we are surely some good people to have in your corner. We promise to be there for Provata Franchise Owners and to make sure you are happy and your business is successful.
  • People love our food because our menu items are all made from scratch and even the ingredients are made from scratch- pizza dough, pizza sauce, pizza toppings, pasta, pasta sauces, grinders, Italian entrees, salads, Italian bread, dressings, and more.
  • Provata has a very efficient menu. An efficient menu cross utilizes ingredients and products to decrease labor cost, reduce food cost, simplify inventory, streamline operations, increase product turn over and help ensure freshness. An efficient menu results in happier customers and higher profits.
  • Provata’s beverage program focuses on craft beers and Italian wines. Beer and wine are high-profit items, help to increase check averages and make your restaurant more profitable.
  • There are quite a few franchises out there advertising a “new, better, faster” way to do pizza. Pizza simply does not get any better or faster than it is in Naples. These pizza pies are not complex by any means. However, they are made with great ingredients and cooked to perfection in a blistering wood-fired oven. Pizza in Italy has been the same for centuries – it doesn’t need to be “new, better or faster.” It just needs to be done properly. Provata’s method is pizza done right, old school Neapolitan and we are proud of it.
  • The Provata method did not originate in a board room by some CEOs with little hands-on restaurant or cultural experience. Nor is Provata some experiment by wanna-be Franchisors playing restaurant. Provata was born from a real Italian family who have owned and operated successful Italian restaurants for over five decades.
  • With Provata’s menu, design, systems, and methods, you will make more money. We have a history of operating extremely profitable restaurants.
  • All Provata restaurants are closed on Sundays. We want you to have time away for your work, time to spend with your family, and other interests. The restaurant business is time-consuming, but we don’t want you to let it become all-consuming. In our experience, once your customers understand you are closed on Sundays they will start dining on your other days of the week. It has worked for us and it will work for you.
  • Many franchises try to grow as fast as possible and sell to whoever has the money. With this approach, the Franchise Owner (you) becomes just a number within the franchise system and the brand (your business) eventually gets diluted. At Provata, we believe in the slow and steady approach to growth.

Simply put, our goal is to partner with the right entrepreneurs and make each and every one of them as successful as possible.
